Delivery Terms
Delivery time for domestic orders with free Standard Delivery (Free Shipping) is 5 to 8 working days.
You will receive order tracking details on your registered email once the order has been placed and processed.
Change of Delivery Address / Contact Details
For change requests of delivery address or recipient contact details, please email us at info@houseofanai.com with the updated information. We will coordinate with our logistics partners to update the same.
Please note: such changes can only be made before the dispatch process.
Expedite / Urgent Delivery Request
To expedite or make an urgent delivery request, please reach out to us at info@houseofanai.com. We will do our best to ensure delivery within your preferred time frame, especially for occasions, events, or urgent requirements.
Delivery Time Exceeded
We are committed to delivering your orders on time and strive to dispatch all products as promised. However, since we rely on third-party courier partners, House of Anai is not responsible for any delays post-dispatch.
Additionally, in the event of unforeseen service interruptions or events beyond our control (such as strikes, weather conditions, or natural disasters), we cannot guarantee on-time shipment.
Shipping Costs
Domestic Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all orders.
RTO (Return to Origin) Charges: In case the customer fails to receive the parcel for any reason, the RTO charges will be borne by the customer.
