Exchange and Return Policy

Welcome to House of Anai. We value your trust and strive to ensure that every purchase brings you joy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to assist you with an exchange or return, subject to the terms below.

Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear from House of Anai! If you wish to exchange a product for another size or due to any issue, please review the guidelines below.

1. Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoice intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

3. How to Request an Exchange

Please contact our team at info@houseofanai.com with your order details and reason for exchange.

Once acknowledged by our team (within the next working day), kindly self-ship the item to our return address. At present, we do not offer reverse pickup services.

Please make sure to keep a courier receipt with tracking details and the courier person’s signature/contact number. House of Anai will not be responsible for lost or undelivered shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer and is non-refundable. In case of an exchange, both to-and-fro shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

5. Size Exchange

Size exchanges are available for the same product and color, subject to stock availability. Once your returned product passes quality check, we will ship the replacement at the earliest.

6. Exchange Limit

Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order.

7. Exchange Timeline

The user should raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product for the process to be initiated. Once approved, the exchange will be processed within 2 working days after we receive the returned item.

8. Exchange Refund Mode

Refunds for exchanges are processed in the form of store credit notes, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Return Policy

Each product from House of Anai goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re happy to help you with a return.

1. Reporting a Defective or Damaged Product

Please share an unboxing video along with clear pictures of the damaged or incorrect product by emailing info@houseofanai.com within 2 working days of delivery. Requests without an unboxing video or made after the 2-day period will not be eligible for return.

2. Condition for Returns

The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoice intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to the customer.

3. Return Shipping

Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend sending it via a reliable, trackable courier service.

4. Refund/Replacement Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a store credit note equivalent to the purchase amount. Store credits can be used for future purchases on our website.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, accessories, and customized orders are non-returnable.

Self-Send Process

If you are sending a product back to us, please follow these steps carefully:

  • In case the returned package is not delivered, found empty, or damaged, it will not be considered a valid return. Please provide proof of delivery from your courier company if requested.
  • If we arrange pickup (where available), please ensure the item is ready to hand over. Failed pickup attempts (maximum 2) may result in cancellation of the return request.
  • Refunds are not credited directly to your original payment method. Instead, refunds are issued as store credit, voucher, or gift card, redeemable on our website. Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days after the returned product passes inspection.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund or store credit has been processed.

Important Notes

  • Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • House of Anai reserves the right to decline exchange or return requests if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • All disputes are subject to Panchkula jurisdiction.
